5 /5 Andrea Griego: We have nothing but great things to say about Facing the Future Orthodontics. The staff is so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. We have 3 teens with braces and the staff spends time educating about everything they are doing, what the kids need to do, gives each patient plenty of time for questions, and also gets to know each kid personally. We get follow up calls to make sure everything is going well after their visit. The customer service is just amazing!

The doctors are incredibly professional, and they go above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. Dr. Vic even took the time to text and check in on how my daughter was feeling after getting her braces—such a thoughtful gesture that meant a lot. We had to come back in today, and Abby, one of the technicians, was just the sweetest. She was so kind and gentle, made a quick adjustment to the appliance, and even sent my daughter home with a lip balm that totally made her day. Anne is another gem of the office—she walks you through all the financial details with clarity and compassion, and shes just a wonderful person to work with. Highly recommend this amazing practice. It’s rare to find such a warm, professional, and genuinely caring team!
