4 /5 Molly Nekut: I really would like to give a 5-star review, however, the “customer service” as I guess he would call it, was not to my liking. This was my first time getting my nails done “professionally” in many years, so I decided to treat myself. I just went for a gel manicure. It turned out great, and I was satisfied with the color (some ladies I was waiting with helped me pick it out before hand). However, the nail tech had no interpersonal skills at all. She even had an AirPod in one ear, the whole time, presumably, listening to music. I thought it was part of the nail tech’s job to have conversation with their clients (?)
Not trying to be a “Karen“ here, but I was hearing conversations all around me between techs and clients, and our table is just silent. I wish I had gotten this lady‘s name so I could request somebody different next time.
Other than the lack of conversation, my experience was positive. I will definitely go back! Great work, clean studio prices!
