1 /5 Kaitlin Roberts: Im writing this review on behalf of my mother, who called this location to schedule an appointment for a gel fill in for her senior client she takes care of. They both arrive at the scheduled time, and staff told my mother she had "actually" called for a gel manicure instead of a fill in, which is not true. Seems like a simple miscommunication, however the salon had about three people in it, and the client who was next even offered to let my mothers client go ahead of her (which was so kind) but the staff still refused to take her. Now, I dont know if they just dont know how to do gel fill ins (which would be strange for a salon) or what their problem was, but my mother left very disappointed and upset and ending up going to a different salon without an appointment who took care of my mothers client with no problem. It just seemed like the establishment refused to take any accountability and refused to compromise and work with my mother and her client.
