    Margie Rinaldi: I just love Carrie, she is so funny! The reason I gave 4 stars is because a couple of times I didnt get what I wanted. ..maybe I didnt explain it correctly. She is extremely talented though and I always find myself going to her to have her fix my hair from the last butcher job all because I couldnt wait for her to do it!

    karrone mills: UNPROFESSIONAL. RUDE TO NEW COSTUMERS. I Came back here as my second visit to fill my nails and toes. (The pic is my 2 week update)I got my nails done here I asked for French tip, I didn’t like the way it was coming out so after a few attempts I asked for a solid color the nails were lumpy. They passed me around from person to person and tried to stop doing my nails mid service because I didn’t like how each nail looked completely different in size (the French tip). I DONT RECOMMEND.

    Malgorzata Kosiec: I went to the salon on the whim since I was in the area. They took me in and Ada gave me the most magnificent nails I have ever had :) its powder and then gel manicure, per her advice which I welcomed! The polish doesnt give the thick look, very close to natural look. Omg, if I didnt live 1 hr away, I would have gone there every time!!

    Marissa Barrett: I waited an hour to get nails done which was not the problem I just walked in so I had no problem waiting but once it was my turn they rushed and took no time to do my nails and she was rushing so bad she cut my cuticle so much that I wouldn’t stop bleeding and she put the oil stuff on it after I got my cut and touched my cut with the oil container and DIDNT CLEAN IT AFTER! It was painful and still is. Won’t be going back there.

    Shannon Thomas: I’ve been going to Luxe since 2021 and solely schedule my appointments with Bo. He’s great! It’s one of the only places I’ve been to in the area that does acrylic well and doesn’t try to talk you into dip powder. I just show Bo a picture of what I want usually and he does it without a problem. It’s nice feeling like I don’t have to explain the design or anything.

    Rose Rabadi: I came in this morning and was given a sloppy and rushed job on my powder nails. First off, she was handling my nails roughly and not paying attention to detail. Going to the salon to get your nails done is meant to be a relaxing and pampering experience but the nail technicians treated their business like an assembly line. My nails on one hand are much longer than the other hand, and to fix this for me she simply trimmed ONE of the nails on the longer hand...now it is uneven in more than one way. My nails are not nearly symmetrical. Next they waxed my eyebrows and made them uneven, did not trim them, and did not apply a cooling lotion afterward. Their cheap wax also made me break out which never happens to me. Regardless of how busy, the quality of service should NOT change because the price I pay does not change. I shouldn’t have tipped but I did 5 dollars, and she made it clear she was not pleased with that. They are rude in general as well and I will be telling my family to not go there again.

    Victoria Stark: Great service. I really wanted to love it here…but, my nails came out lumpy, misshapen, and started breaking after 3 days. The tips were applied poorly, lifting and separating from my nails. I am genuinely embarrassed to show my hands due to how bad they look. I should have spoken up before leaving.
