1 /5 karrone mills: UNPROFESSIONAL. RUDE TO NEW COSTUMERS. I Came back here as my second visit to fill my nails and toes. (The pic is my 2 week update)I got my nails done here I asked for French tip, I didn’t like the way it was coming out so after a few attempts I asked for a solid color the nails were lumpy. They passed me around from person to person and tried to stop doing my nails mid service because I didn’t like how each nail looked completely different in size (the French tip). I DONT RECOMMEND.

1 /5 Tatiana M: $10 for “removal ”… I am not a happy customer and will NEVER go back. Very rushed . Horrible job and my nails were extremely filed down versus having the patience to soak them in acetone .

1 /5 Mary Nkamany: I shouldve listened to the 1 stars. For beginners, Im an out-of-town guest so perhaps different nail places have their way of removing dipping powder. However, Ive never encountered an establishment that uses an emory board on a natural nail. Three of my long natural nails were broken in the blink of an eye after the nail tech left my nails to soak for over 20 minutes. After breaking my nails, I declined further service and was charged $12 for dipping powder removal (... done poorly btw as evidenced by provided photos). I cannot recommend this place, but Happy New Years to all!

1 /5 Nancy Pelesz: I never write reviews however I was so disappointed I felt I had to share my experience. I had gone to Tracy’s from the very start. Wonderful. I haven’t been since Covid and was so excited. My service and end result was absolutely horrible. My toe was clipped and bleeding and the technician said nothing and ignored the situation. Nails weren’t shaped, polish application looks like a child put it on. Very unfriendly environment and most importantly not clean. I understand that Tracy doesn’t come in anymore and with her being gone the place has gone down. Therefore my suggestion is to read the current reviews because that’s what you are getting. There are plenty of nail salons; do your homework I don’t want anyone to be as disappointed as I am.

1 /5 Kris Renihan: I have been a customer for approx 15 years. They have always done great work and I have always been pleased. My husband often purchases gift certificates for me and unfortunately, my certificate expired due to my son having two surgeries in 2022. They would NOT honor my expired certificate!!!!!!! I could understand if it was several years old…. but expired by 3 months??? Will NOT be going back as they lack integrity. Clearly willing to take my money ($50.00) but refused to understand my extenuating circumstances and refused to honor my certificate. Extremely disappointing!
