DONT BE DECEIVED BY THE SOFT VOICES OF THE RECEPTIONISTS.
They have grown big (so they think) and are now canceling patients without cause, courtesy or any aorta of politeness.
They recently sent me a letter that they will not be able to provide service because I have 14 same day cancellations in the entire time I have been their patient, which is more than 14 years. We are not talking about cancelation in one year, NO, it may well be your lifetime. BY THE WAY, THIS POLICY IS ONLY KNOWN TO THEM. How arrogant! They have never shared that policy with me, the many friends I referred to them, or my other family members.They did not send even a warning letter, NO, they dont even have the basic kinder garten manners of warning you. NO!
As if that is not enought, the termination letter they sent said they can provide 30 days emergency service care upto 3/21/25, yet I only received the letter on 3/20/25. This is how arrogant they are. They even had the foolishness of making sure it is a registered letter, so they cant blame the mail man for delivering it late.
This is how arrogant a practice can become when they forget their patients who have been loyal to them when they were struggling. This practice was tiny not too long ago, and at the time, they used to beg patients, the Dr herself, Dr Maria Marzo used to personally beg us to refer friends, co workers, and I did. Now they are too big and SO ARROGANT! Good luck!
And by the way, they moved to a bigger location by a busy road, that is how they have grown. They have not grown because they have improved service, no.
(Just to clarify incase a new patient is thinking they are growing because the quality is improving, NO)
Off course there are other BETTER RATED practices in the area, that Im sure are less arrogant and give quality care. I will be letting all my friends know just how arrogant this practice has become. They dont have the best care, but I was a loyal patient, and clearly they didnt deserve my loyalty.
If you are in the market for a dentist, there are better rated dentists, with shorter wait times and better patient satisfaction in the Finger Lakes area who provide better care and respect their patients. Save yourself the inconvenience of being canceled for rules and policies they never told you about. Who knows what will be their new secret policy tomorrow?
