5 /5 Lois A. Collins: The doctors and nurses and receptionists were all awesome! I got cleaned. I also needed clearance from Dr. Stuart Feintuch for an upcoming knee surgery. Problem: I forgot the form. They were kind enough to write it the letter for my clearance. By the next morning I found the form and took it to them. They were just as kind then, not treating me like the idiot that I was. They are always very kind.

thewawapie -: I can not say enough about how much I love Dr.Sheren and his whole team. I like many people are nervous when it comes to going to the dentist, but Dr. Sheren and his whole team really made me feel at ease. The receptionist Daisy and her warm friendly smile was the first thing that caught my attention she was so sweet and attentive it really made me feel at home. Dr. Sheren is hilarious there is something about his personality that just makes you relax and be at ease. His attention to detail is second to none. He really took the time and went out of his way to make sure that my teeth were perfect and I was happy with the results. Everything about this office is brand-new and meticulously clean. If theres one thing that I cant stand its going in to a dentist office where everything is dingy and run down that is not the case here. I highly recommend this office and tell everyone I know !

In August/2024 my wife and I bought a house in Johnstown Pennsylvania which is 6 hours and 46 minutes away from Riverhead New York. I have not changed my dentist!! On January 8th,2025, I kept my appointment and some may believe me to be crazy but... I think this ALL explains what I think of Bella Smiles and I dont plan to change my dentist anytime soon.

Zoe Lindstrom-Ives: I normally dont write reviews for things on Google but I had to write one for this. Last week, I was looking for an oral surgeon for my husband because of an extraction we needed done on a broken wisdom tooth. I called for information on Thursday, and said I would call back to make an appointment if need be. Today, I get a call from a very annoyed receptionist who insisted I had an appointment for tomorrow. I didnt realize this was the other oral surgery office I had called (not the one we ended up making the appointment with), so I said "We have a surgery scheduled for tomorrow at 8am". Instead of trying to be patient with me, or talk through it to straighten out the confusion, the receptionist got huffy with me and told me I was wrong. It took a minute for me to realize who it was I was talking to, and when I explained we went with the other office she said "So I guess you dont need that appointment." As I was saying no thank you, she cut me off with a short "Fine" and hung up on me. Rude, really unprofessional, and honestly glad we didnt go with them.

Geri Reichenbach: I saw Dr Freidel about 10 years ago in Riverhead for an extraction. Office staff great. Dentist nothing short of phenomenal. No pain. No need for even an aspirin. So, unfortunately., I required another extraction. I went back yesterday to the Patchogue office. Same exact experience. Dr Freidel is a marvel. Positively no pain or discomfort. Again not even an aspirin. Why go anywhere else. THE BEST!

We have 3 teens with braces and the staff spends time educating about everything they are doing, what the kids need to do, gives each patient plenty of time for questions, and also gets to know each kid personally. We get follow up calls to make sure everything is going well after their visit. The customer service is just amazing!
