St Marys Church - East Amherst
St Marys Church
Tom I.: We are blessed to call St. Marys our home parish! Its a welcoming Faith community with 3 young & vibrant priests to worship, grow, and learn with. Our newer church has enough room to include separate social distance seating and regular seating (all within Diocesan guidelines). Theres many choices for mass times with different musical settings. I direct the 5:30 pm Saturday group. Our group features both contemporary Christian and familiar Catholic song choices with new songs every week. All St. Marys Mass times are live streamed & saved on YouTube so if youre not able to join us you can be with us in Spirit from the comfort of your own home. St. Marys is also blessed to have our own school where your children can grow in our Faith while maintaining the highest academic standards. Come and be a part of our growing Faith community!
St. Joseph St. Patrick Church - Utica
Mary Vivenzo: There is a truly special feeling in this church! Among the beautiful things that happen there that make it so special, is for over 28 years and counting ( even through CoVid ) the members of the church have perpetual eucharistic adoration. They also have a soup kitchen named after there patron Saint Marianne Cope who was raised in & patronized St. Joes St. Pats & became a Saint in 2012. They also have the Thea Bowman house where their mission is provide a safe, nurturing environment to enable culturally diverse children and their families to achieve their full potential. Quite the place! Come in and check out for yourself!!

Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church - Utica
Bradford Rupert: Absolutely beautiful Gothic style church, I truly wish more churches were designed like Holy Trinity. Everything is designed towards the focal point in the tabernacle. It’s well worth the visit for Catholics and non-Catholics alike. The stained glass windows, statues, and paintings are all beautiful! As the fourth generation of my family able to attend, I’m very happy this parish is still standing.
Cornerstone Community Church - Utica
Robert Albrecht: If you want a church community that only makes you feel happy, this might not be the church community for you. The pastor and staff draw ones attention to the consequences and obligations of being a Christian: he challenges. This is a place that has a mission to serve the poor, the destitute, those without a home. Stewardship to the most vulnerable is the hallmark of this place. The churchs warming center keeps people alive by feeding them and giving them a place to lie down at night without freezing solid. There are many ways for you to connect with this community, and all your interests and skills or needs or gifts can find a place here. This is a place of Grace. Peace be with you.
