Post vehicle inspection the team was incredibly honest, informative and recommended NOT changing them out as they were safe, preformed well and still had good life in them. I never once felt like I was being sold on something and felt secure in trusting them with MY safety. They also preformed the state required vehicle safety and emissions test, further solidify the safety of my car. HIGHLY recommend this shop/team, and will return with further car needs!

Service advisor Jeremiah Siulc offered me a complete vehicle inspection at no cost and I accepted. Following completion of the above mentioned inspection a report was provided for my review. I found the report to be accurate and thorough. After consulting with Jeremiah a work plan was established and executed. The customer service repair work and attention to detail was exceptional. I also found the prices very reasonable and fair.

I took it to get its inspection, but when I went to pick it up, I found it damaged in an accident. I asked what happened, and he told me that he parked it on the street and someone hit it and ran away. When I told him that this is your responsibility because my car was at your shop and there was no damage to it. After this discussion, he decided to give me only $300, which is not enough to fix the damage. Now I filed a complaint and there is a court date.
