4 /5 Patrick Higgins: This is a fairly small park in a commercial section of Syracuse. Its probably not a place I would bring my kids for a picnic. But if youre in the area for lunch, its a comfortable place to sit outside and relax for a little while. The most interesting thing here is a viewer set up near the fountain that shows you what the park looked like historically.
