5 /5 Benjamin Secor III: No, they do not accept all insurances. I pay out-of-pocket. But m reimbursed. A portion of my insurance because it is out-of-network but I will not go anywhere else. Dr. French is the best dentist I have ever had. I am changing my insurance to go there. Understand I had dental procedures done that were extensive. And an implant and more And could not have asked for a better dentist. He is understanding and polite. He has done more than any dentist Ive ever had to help me keep my teeth.

5 /5 Steve Roshia: I had not seen a dentist in some time due to my dentist retiring. I had a urgent dental issue come up and they did their absolute best to get me in. Mind you, taking me in sight unseen as a new patient. The assistant Taylor, and Dr. S were incredibly professional and skilled. Any anxiety I had coming in, was gone by the time I left. They stepped up to help me when I was in a great deal of pain, and took their time to ensure the procedure to help me was done methodically. You have earned a new customer. Steve, Waterloo NY

1 /5 Stephen Bogart: Does not accept Excellus Essential Plan 2 Dental Insurance…..because it is part of New York State Health…. That Automatically Labeled Myself and anyone else with it to be classified as a Dead-Beat ….say they accept My insurance BUT they Refused !!!!!

Obrochta Eric (Eric O.): I have used Bath / Dansville Dental for several years for various types of dental work. Cleanings, fillings, crowns, extractions and most recently an implant after a 2-year period of braces. My teeth were in very poor condition to say the least. Every time I have been there, they treat you nice, explain the process, recommend what should be done and in what order and then give you the estimate. Dr. Isaha the dentist and Dr. Restrepo the orthodontist, along with the hygienists, dental assistance and girls holding down the front have made this long journey suck a lot less than I thought it was going too. Dental work isnt cheap, its generally not real fun but its a necessary part of life and I believe after going there once a month for the past two years that choosing Bath / Dansville Dental was a great decision and I would recommend them to anyone.

Dawn Allen: As far as the dentist goes, she did a good job!! She is patient and checks in often. The lady that was helping her today, I didnt find that friendly or patient. She keep letting the vacuum suck to my tongue. She made comment about well it is 6 oclock, when I picked on the dentist about yawning. It was the tone she said it in, made her sound not impressed she was there. When it was time for me to leave she didnt put the chair down for me. Then she never offered me the mirror or paper towels to wipe my face. So as I was doing that she started walking away and said they would finish up at the desk with me. I have been a patient here for several years, as I have used up my insurance money this year, so now I must pay out of my pocket. I was very disappointed when I went to make my next appointment that you are now expected to pay 50% down before you can make the next appointment. Considering that my appointment today was $265. Then it would be an additional almost $200. To make my next appointment!! The average middle class person doesnt usually just have an extra $500. Well I was happy with the dentist, the rest of my appointment was rather disappointing. I may have to be in the market for a new dentist office, which makes me very sad as I like the dentist they now have. I will be sharing this information with my co-workers. Going to the dentist is not most peoples favorite, and when you walk away feeling disappointed because you couldnt make your next appointment, certainly doesnt help.

Kenzie Kay: Most amazing dentistry Ive ever been too! My hygienist was amazing. She explained everything she was going to do before doing it and explained what was happening while doing it and kept my comfort in mind the whole time. If something hurt or I didn’t like it she would switch and not do it again but still got such a great clean in. Not to mention I called and they had me in less than 24 hours later and got my second appointment scheduled for not even a week later. Definitely recommend!
