5 /5 Zeba Khalidi: Gentle Dental Care has been one of the best dental offices I have visited. I came here as a last minute emergency that was needed for my root canal. My insurance is 1199 and not many people are open on weekends with that. This place was my go to during an emergency. I had pain the night before, called the next morning and they took me in immediately. Everyone working here has been so friendly and treat you like a member of the family. I’m commuting all the way from Long Island to come here but it’s completely worth it! If you really want someone to care about you, your teeth, pain or problem this is your go to. The Dentist himself is also one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. This is something you really need especially from a healthcare provider. Highly recommend Gentle Dental Care! Thank you!!

5 /5 Aryan Jaipaul: It has been a wonderful experience so far! Came here first time for some root canals and everything was completed within a few weeks with exceptional quality. The doctor, hygienist, manager and the rest of the clinical staff are all very friendly and professional, and I say this as a retail professional myself. The experience here has been way better than any other dental Ive went to, and is the first one to actually look properly at my insurance benefits.

Dr. Rafail walked me through everything that he was going to do any checked in on my because I was getting a root canal I will be returning to Gental Dental soon.

Ive gone to other dentists here and there in between but all they want is money and they want to take advantage of you. The MD is overbooked (typical of anyone that owes a private practice) but wish they would prioritize people’s time. They had me waiting over an hour and eventually I had to leave because I didn’t expect to be at the dentist all day and had prior engagements with my child. The lack of accommodations to notify people coming in that they’re backed up by an hour is ridiculous and shows no consideration to their clients or their time. They put me on hold for over 5 minutes once in the day time once in the evening and never took me off hold so I’d have to hang up up call back and then they would help me immediately. Meaning they forgot they placed me on hold and never took me off twice.

The hygienist was very careful with the cleaning; he did a superb job. My dentist was Dr. Huang. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns. They are conservative in terms of cavity fillings, which is great in my opinion (no unnecessary work). I would definitely come back again.
