1 /5 Yaser Ahmed: The doctor has a bad attitude, I went to him with my daughter to do a crown for her, he wanted to charge us more than the insurance was asking him to charge, then my daughter spoke to him and he agreed to charge the same amount. After a few days his secretary called my daughter and told her the doctor can’t do the crown and if she wants to go to another doctor it’s fine. After two weeks I went to him for a root canal and he refused to do it saying I need a specialist doctor. I know he can do it and the way he treated me was not professional. The doctor tried to blame me for my daughter not completing the crown with him and I told him you have to blame your secretary she’s the one that called my daughter and told her the doctor can’t do the crown and you can look for another doctor. The doctor had a very bad attitude and I don’t recommend him to any one.

5 /5 Katherine Alvarado: Dr Ames is very professional when it came to any issues I had, and the consultation went smoothly. Very detailed and descriptive. Also wait time wasn’t lengthy, saw me close to my appt time which I greatly appreciated. Highly recommend, the staff were super nice and Spanish speaking, if needed.

2 /5 AL: Used to be good but now the dentist rushes things abd seems to be in a bad mood. He doesnt ask if there are any problems and starts the cleaning which takes barely 5 minutes.

The MD is overbooked (typical of anyone that owes a private practice) but wish they would prioritize people’s time. Also strange that there is no education provided to patients on how to maintain good dental hygiene

They had me waiting over an hour and eventually I had to leave because I didn’t expect to be at the dentist all day and had prior engagements with my child. The lack of accommodations to notify people coming in that they’re backed up by an hour is ridiculous and shows no consideration to their clients or their time. They put me on hold for over 5 minutes once in the day time once in the evening and never took me off hold so I’d have to hang up up call back and then they would help me immediately. Meaning they forgot they placed me on hold and never took me off twice.

The hygienist was very careful with the cleaning; he did a superb job. My dentist was Dr. Huang. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns. They are conservative in terms of cavity fillings, which is great in my opinion (no unnecessary work). I would definitely come back again.

Cynthia Junes Santos: I came here due to location and based on the good reviews. (Note: I mainly come for general cleaning). The staff is friendly, and Dr. Yelena does a good job. The only downside and the reason I knocked down 2 stars is due to the fact that the wait time is ridiculous possibly due to overbooking and only 1 doctor. They should book accordingly. I understand that sometimes clients can be late or emergencies can arise but 2-2.5 hours is too much (this is a regular thing in this office btw) - I’ve been here a couple times since I’ve used her services for myself and my 2 kids and the wait time is the same every single time.

Alphan: I was about to lose my whole teeth and was told my 13 teeth needs to be extracted and was gonna have denture instead the two dentists that I visited told me which made me devastated and desperate to have fake teeth and the risk of losing my job because of this issue.When my uncle referred me Doctor Nayat I was thinking she and would say the same thing .She told me that the 2 dentists I had the exam what they told me that my jaw bones are very week but she had much a solution for this which I dont lose 14 teeth and having no dentures which is laser treatment so I dont lose all my teeth,I had 2 sessions with her within 2 months.Each session I had laser treatment and extracted 1 tooth only instead of 13.I am very happy with the results that I have.Not only she rescued my mouth and stopped me having dentures that was very important for my job and my mental.My teeth now looks very clean. She also maintained a teeth which was missing in the middle of my lower mouth which looks very natural and dont bother me when eating and drinking.As a person who has anxiety to go to the dentist my entire life now I am gonna have my teeth exam every 3 months with her.I feel like I am in good hands and definitely will good take care of my mouth now.
