1 /5 Shae Palmer: I understand they have the right to refuse service, but the way it was handled was very unprofessional. I definitely experienced discrimination here. While their focus should be on my crotch they’re worried about things outside of their scope of practice. On top of it all they hit my card for a missed service that I was advised previously would not be held against me, but when I went to schedule a new service they took my money and would not schedule me without any notice or previous advisement.
