Sandra delorme: I have never been able to find a nail salon that I liked and made me feel like more than just money. Ive never liked my nails by anyone, its been a whole thing lol. A few years ago now, I started going to Fancy Nails with Kelly and WOW. Shes so gooooddd. Ill just bring her in a design from my phone and boom its done. Ive attached the most recent from yesterday. And their prices are very reasonable btw. So if youve been looking, you found her! Im not being paid to say this, although its Christmas and could use the money. Lol. I should have done this a long time ago, And kept forgetting. Thank you FANCY NAILS!
Mike S: Jackson, Ellie and the staff are amazing. They are beyond accommodating to whatever needs you want. I have had nothing but amazing experiences at royal nails. I would recommend going here for your nail needs. The pedicures and manicures are both wonderful. The designs I have wanted have been accommodated anytime I have asked. They are super friendly as well. If I have any issues they have always corrected them at no charge and with no issues. I love it here

However, today, I had a horrible experience. I got an angry phone call while I was on my way for being TWO minutes late to my appointment. I got yelled at for ānot keeping my hand still enoughā (3 times). I made an appointment with a friend, and was placed across the salon from her. When I was talking to my friend, he audibly sighed multiple times, as if I was inconveniencing him. I was told I couldnāt have almond shape on my nails, due to the size of my hand/nails(?). My two hands were not compared and my entire left set of nails is longer than the right. And finally was charged extra for āshapingā. (Doesnāt every manicure require some kind of shaping?) By the way, this was a $70 manicure, not including my generous tip for this experience. Lost a longtime customer today. Horrible customer experience.

Hui Xing: I came here to get my nails done for a wedding, and they turned out absolutely gorgeous. The technician took her time to ensure everything was perfect, and the design was exactly what I wanted. The experience was relaxing, and the price was very fair for the quality. Loved it!
