3 /5 Kristina Krause: Prices increasing, quality decreasing….I was informed at my last visit that gel manicure prices would be going up $5 because the employees didn’t think it was worth their time to do gel since they made more money off of acrylic clients. So, nothing about the cost of product or the service has changed, but they decided to up their prices because employees don’t want to do gel. That doesn’t seem fair. Also, the nail tech they assigned to me the last two times spoke literally no English, not even basic manicure lingo like “long, short, round, square.” You need to be able to communicate with your clients. She also put some sort of nail patch over my broken nail, which I had never seen before but I assumed she knew what she was doing. 3 days later my broken nail is back and the spot she applied the patch to just looks lumpy. The owner also called me an hour before my scheduled appt trying to move me to the following day because of “the weather.” I didn’t see the message in time, and when I showed up there were other clients there having their nails done, and one or two of the employees didn’t even have a client at their table. Also the weather hadn’t changed all day, it was normal winter weather so I’m not sure why they tried to move my appt, especially one hour beforehand. Basically all these seemingly little things have added up and made me no longer want to go here. On to the next one…
