4 /5 Cathy Dewey: My wife and I have been going to this salon for about 5 months and are quite happy with the hair cuts that we get. We would both prefer to have the same person each time we go but that does not seem to work. However, we are generally pleased with the outcome and will continue to patronize this store.

2 /5 Angie: Hair was uneven after the first person who cut my hair, called back spoke with the manager who said to come back in and she would fix my hair, she then proceeded to cut more off of the side that was shorter to begin with... I will not be back... Staff however was very friendly, restroom and shop were clean otherwise, maybe it was just an off day for the stylists who did my hair

1 /5 Charlie mccart: I had 8 inches+ of hair walking in and I just asked the lady “could get it trimmed up I don’t wanna go super short just need it cleaned it up down to about 2 inches on the sides and blend it” then she proceeded to give me the only hair cut I presume she knew and it is about a 1/4 inch on the sides now. So yeah go here if u want the most basic hair cut you have ever had when it’s the opposite you’ve asked for.

1 /5 Chris Thompson: The attitude of the staff here is reflective on the business as a whole. The "estimated" wait time is a terrible system and is rarely accurate, but more importantly, I wouldnt want anybody cutting my hair that had the demeanor of the staff there. I walked in at 3:45p after adding my name to the online list at 2:03pm (screenshot taken for proof) which gave a wait time of 110 minutes. After not seeing my name on the list (4 names total), The person at the front was extremely rude about my name not being listed, and addressed her other coworker to deal with the issue. She then mentioned she took my name out since it had been 168 minutes, and mentioned the system kicks people after a certain time. Id imagine that would not be the case given the allocated wait time given, but the math didnt add up either. Why would she "take my name out", if the system hadnt even reached the estimated wait time yet to boot people? Its obvious neither of them wanted to be there, and they were just booting people to speed up the process. I would advise avoiding this place.
