1 /5 Tah Jourdan: The staff is amazing my regular hygienist is amazing. But the oral surgeon and his assistant is horrible. They will never touch my mouth ever. They barely talked. They just gave me papers to read. I felt like my teeth were ripped out of my mouth. They didn’t wanna suction the blood out of my mouth I almost choked. Just disgusting all they were worried about me paying and signing. The worst experience ever. Please get a new oral surgeon. In a business of any kind you have to make people feel comfortable and I was very uncomfortable with these two. 1 star because of them

5 /5 Robin Gaffney-Holder: I had my first ever appointment with GE in Islandia. The staff was very professional. And the Hygienist was so sweet and Gentle. Dr Robert Baldi was amazing. This was my first visit dentist visit post Breast cancer. He made me feel very comfortable. Thank you so much. Let’s Go get these teeth in order.

1 /5 keyla: rude and unprofessional staff. from the person that picks up the phone to the hygienists in the office. being told “you’re wasting the doctors time” is crazy when this is YOUR JOB! I work at a doctors office and would never talk to patients the way they do. the only nice person at this office is the man who takes your X-rays. talking to patients in a rude and belittling manner is not right especially when at the dentist. its already a vulnerable experience. Will not be back

2 /5 MrJohn Wicks: I call to ask if they take my insurance they said “oh yes” so I tell them I just need a cleaning and X-rays as a first time patient “your plan covers your first cleaning and set of X-rays” so I make the appt. I get to my appt then they seat me in the chair for my cleaning and I ask I just want to make sure all this is covered. And you guessed it, they say “oh no not all covered you have a high deductible and it will be $211 dollars for Cleaning and X ray. Smh. The lack of transparency is what turned me off. Shady business do this to get you there then the story changes. This left a negative experience.the staff was nice but not overly welcoming. I give me experience 2/4 stars.

1 /5 Nathaly Barahona: This place is full of RED FLAGS!!!!!Very upset at This place I was having some issues with wisdom teeth and wanted to get the 3 of them removed at same time.X-ray was sent to my insurance to assess wisdom teeth removal, I was in fact approved for General anesthesia. Move forward a day before my appointment the call me to canceled. fine l schedule another appointment and just the day before procedure they call me to let me know they don’t offer General Anesthesia at all if I was fine with local anesthesia. I would have appreciated that was brought up to me when seeing oral surgeon but okay I said I was fine so we proceed with abstractions. On day 4(Sunday )I stared feeling lot of pain and discomfort on gums. Office it’s closed so I called today on day 5(Monday) cuz I’m afraid I have dry socket I want them to check me. Just to be told that the primary Doctor that sees me it’s on vacation and that they are not an allowed to scheduled me with someone else and that they are sorry.
