1 /5 Sophia Lane: I waited over an hour past my scheduled appointment between two waiting rooms. The procedure of checking in was long and unclear (take a number, wait, get called, but those with appointments dont have to take a number, but they dont call you up of you do have an appointment, then asked me to take a number anyway, then repeat all of the information currently in the network for 15 minutes) The floors were dirty, I was not given the proper paperwork so I ended up having to fill it out after my hour wait. The staff was not conscious of my privacy and left the door open, and spoke loudly in the hall, where those in the waiting room could hear. Would prefer to travel elsewhere next time i need this type of service.
