My vision has I proved far beyond anything I expected, and no issues with the healing process. The office staff is great, and there is very little wait time when you have an appointment. I will absolutely continue to visit the office for my eye care needs.

5 /5 Georgiann Mcredmond: I went there this morning for an eye consultation for cataract surgery and I cant boast enough about the staff. Jen was the first one I saw and what a pleasant person. The second one I saw was Darrien and he was absolutely phenomenal. He was so caring and explained everything to me throughly about the process and also answered my questions. Now on to Doctor Suter who was just wonderful. Explained everything about my eyes and about the surgery. He was also very caring and explained everything to me as to what the surgery would entail. The last person I saw was Fran who was the surgery coordinator and again so pleasant and took care of all the appointments from beginning to end. Thank you for such a great experience and consultation. I highly recommend anyone who needs an opthomologist or optometrist to go here.

Watching You: I moved here from the west cost 4 months ago and was nervous about going to a different place as I really liked the place and counselor I had on the West Coast. And I heard a lot of bad about the ones out here. But this place is awesome so far my counselor is amazing and everybody has treated me with the upmost respect and I have not had any issues. I know it’s only been four months. I hope it continues, as I really enjoy this place now. Will keep you updated.

Rachel: Dr Carter is wildly unprofessional and rude. I left his care after 3 months of being with his office. He was very dismissive and condescending. Even went as far as rolling his eyes at me. The front desk staff is also terrible. One of the girls is great but the attitude from the rest are awful. They wont let you send a message to the doctor, instead they answer the questions as a non-medical professional. Dont waste your time here.

Relapse. Thanks for the call back. My life was in danger and you didnt have the the to call me back. I know they had empty beds: who runs this place. They I boasted about they were open 24/7 and i could check back in anytime.

I would definitely rate the campus a 9/10. We didnt get to see everything due to time, but we went to many of the "important" buildings. The students here seem very nice.. the services provided by the campus are top tier which is great. Definitely going on the application.

Guthrie Lourdes Hospital - Cardiac Rehabilitation - Binghamton

Tim Hubbard: I was a CHF patient for four years at this location until December 3, 2024. In the four years as a patient, I had three different cardiologists. The first two cardiologists left the practice for personal reasons. My scheduled appointment in September 2024, was canceled due to the lack of an available physician. The appointment was scheduled again for December 3. When I arrived for my 2:30 PM appointment, I was checked in and waited an hour and a half. Other patients came and were called back to see their providers and left. I asked why I was waiting so long and the front desk assistant said, “this is crazy, I don’t know what happened.” She left the desk for five minutes and came back and tried to schedule yet another appointment for the following week. The following day, the clinic reported me as a “no-show“ and started a string of harassing phone calls to try to get me to reschedule. As far as I know, they have dishonestly billed my insurance for the so-called no-show. There was no apology given. It is quite clear that they do not put their patients first as they consistently failed to provide me with consistent and professional care.
