Luanne Vallese The first question I was asked during my check in was, "are you a part of UHS?" It should have been a red flag for me as I am not. I waited 45 minutes to have lab work. While waiting, I noticed people were allowed in that signed in after me; I knew something was up. I asked the receptionist when it was my turn and she said, "next". I waited a bit more and the phlebotomist with the purple coat came out and called another person; and then another. I told the receptionist I was leaving and would have my "fasting" blood drawn at another facility. I had waited longer than I should have and I needed to get to work in 10 minutes, of course without food since this was a fasting lab. Absolutely appalling that such a simple task would take so long and people who signed in after me were taken before me. So this told me time of day was not a factor. And then when I asked again, I was told, "they are prepping my room". Prepping my room for what? I have blood drawn yearly and I have never had this type of experience at any place. Perhaps because I was out of the UHS loop I wasnt given the same priority as a UHS patient? Never going back to this place for blood work!

Joanne Riecke I had cataract surgery on my left eye, done by Dr Suter. I cannot recommend him highly enough! My vision has I proved far beyond anything I expected, and no issues with the healing process. The office staff is great, and there is very little wait time when you have an appointment. I will absolutely continue to visit the office for my eye care needs.

Jennifer Quinn shout out to UHS e.r staff for their only reception staff who chose to argue with multiple patients, being outright nasty for no reason other than disinterest. Also thank you to the doctors who refused to speak to me, or give me my medication that I have been on and am PHYSICALLY addicted to and then refused to speak to me on why they wouldn’t give it to me as withdrawals set in for the next few hours there to come. She also chose not to relay messages from said doctor to me because of her outbursts. The only staff for the hours I was there that was any help at ALL was security and a social worker by the name of Linda. Go somewhere else, these people don’t give a shit. What was already a horrible situation was made so much worse by the negligence and just outright disinterest of the staff. She also decided around 4:30 she was done despite the waiting room being full and people waiting on her for requests, as I was leaving she had her lights off and her head down napping.

Robin Greenblott I had a procedure at Binghamton General G.I. Lab. The nurses and the rest of the staff were Excellent!!! This is such a big difference from Lourdes G.I. lab. Dr. Marhaba makes you feel like you are his only patient. He was worth waiting for. Every employee at the G.I. lab has such respect for him and he treats them all so well. I am so happy that I switched from Lourdes!!!

Randy Dimick I was feeling stressed leading up to my sleep study appointment because I dont sleep well outside of my home, and thinking about having all of those sensors attached to me made it worse. When I arrived, Jennifer took me to my bedroom, which was very nice, like a hotel room. She was extremely kind and made me feel at ease while I was there.

Beverly Flint Always happy with my care at the Sleep & Neurodiagnostic Center. I was pleased to know I could take an AT-Home Sleep study this time. As well as a telehealth visit as the follow up to the study. Thank you Dr. N and your team.

Riara Ross Went here for my cats first time vet visit and it went great! Yes the wait was long, but it was very comfortable inside and the staff was very kind! My cat was stressed cuz of all the noises, but was treated very nicely and will be on a helpful diet! Im very happy with my experience today (she got a little toy!)

Ethren Amazing people. Unfortunately my visit wasnt a happy one - it involved saying goodbye to my precious Clement. But the staff at BAC were amazing to work with. They were considerate, informative and I know they did everything they could to help my fur baby. And they gave me the most precious gifts to remember him by. I intend to bring my dog Alphonse to them for vet visits in the future.

Jack Cola If i could give negative stars, I would. Provider Freeman is the worst. He relied on other hospitals info that was outdated and incorrect instead of doing independent testing. their staff is bewildered. dont try reaching these people by phone. Thats a joke. Provider (if you can call him that) released me with a double ear infection and said I was fine, Cooperstown determined I was not. I wouldnt go to this hospital if my life depended on it.

ThuVan Tran Check in service was very fast, efficient. Nurses were really nice and took time to listen. Michael Lane, NP, demonstrated exceptional knowledge and a deep commitment to patient care. He took the time to listen patiently to all my questions and addressed every concern I had regarding my illness. His willingness to accommodate my requests made me feel supported and valued throughout my visit.

Lori White It was wonderful! Everything was well organized. Both sides of the building worked together to make a smooth occurrence. The diagnosis was immediate and correct. Very pleasant staff made one more comfortable. Thank you for all the help. I will come back and recommend it.

Jacob Gabriel Went to a nursing program here. Happy to be honest since Im still paying for the lack of education I received. Very negative experience. Very obnxious negative classmates that were never reigned in. We were constantly told, over and over, that if you do well in the class, youre not going to do well in clinical. It was every day. And I dont see how it matters since they graduated someone because the person would have "ended it" if they had failed.even though she was retiring, its part of the reason why the best teacher they had left that year if I had to hazard a guess. Disgraceful. As much as I paid, the residents of local nursing homes are paying a lot more for the piss poor quality of the average nursing student pushed out by this place. Diagraceful.

Dave Mirabito Walk in center in Norwich is a complete joke! You dont get a doctor, and when you get seen it is as fast as they can possibly make it. Went for my finger, couldnt close my hand the PA that came in didnt even touch it or ook at it. Told me I should go to ortho.... unbelievable. Couldnt go with 0 stars.

Bill Rifen Horrible, had hand surgery, wasnt given the right amount or dosage or pain pills, had to call several times to get anything don e, still not fixed. Hand is super swollen, nobody cares. Have been abandoned by this hospital.

Jacob Gabriel I went to the free clinic run by this department for a blood test to prove imminuity to chicken pox for school years ago. They convinced me to take thyroid medication and never told me that I would be risking my life if I stopped taking it. Now I am a slave to the medical industry. God bless America.

Triston Li What youd expect from this sorta place - a bit empty and unlively, as expected. The staff at the front desk were somewhat rude when I asked for help filling out forms, but once I got to meet the nurses and such they were phenomenal. They were extremely friendly, understanding and made me very comfortable. I can see myself coming back in the future if I ever needed anything.

Angel Ames Doctor Howe is an absolute gem! I wish all doctors were as kind and compassionate as she was. She did an incredible job stitching up my knee and was more than happy to talk me through the process and keep me calm. This is my second time visiting this walk in and it’s definitely my favorite in the area by far!

Penny Ferger I only give this a 2Stars, because the examine rooms were filthy.The receptionist was very good and polite and the the guy that took my vitals was fantastic. This is the first time I was there and I will not go back. I feel if you go to a medical facility it should be clean, not where thick dust on the floors and wall. Thats not very sanitary.

Bobby Scott After being here for the last 6 months I have found that the staff here really cares about all the residents. The activities director always has fun things set up for everyone and the administrator is always there for the residents and her employees. Here at Christmas time, they had all the hallways decorated and it really put out a home feeling. I am proud to be able to help people and its a joy to watch others do the same.

Don Plantz I took a tour because my wife was going to need Rehab. I met the Facility Director, Admissions Director, Therapies Directors, and other management who showed me why my wife needed to come here. I live in Syracuse and even though there were facilities closest, they cannot even come close to what Bridgewater offers. My wife deserves the 1.5 hour drive away to get the best care as she is the best. She will be home faster, thanks to Bridgewater.

Richard Paugh I’ve been coming to this clinic for about two years, and Sergie is my Family Practitioner. The staff is always polite and professional, I never have to wait long in the waiting room, and the care I get is probably the best I’ve ever had. I believe I’m in good hands and I trust the decisions made for my medications. I’d recommend this clinic to anyone, and I hope the people that work there all stay.

Hannah Nakken Very understaffed, and unprofessional. Front staff argue with you when you call about anything, I work in the medical field and know they are not doing what they should to empathies and communicate with their patents. I tried to get a 90 day supplied of my medications ill be moving states and wish to have overlap for getting a new primary and insurance in another state. My fiancés doc (who also works here) did it no problem for her. My doc is on maternity leave and as a result the one taking her patents said she refuses to make mine a 90 day supplied because "she doesnt know you" I have been on this medication for months now and it made it possible for me to work. I will now be out of a medication in one month after moving state that helps me be able to work.

maureen bocinski A special shout out to the staff on North Tower fourth floor! As my mom was recently the on the floor, we encountered wonderful nurses, aides, custodial and dietary staff. DJ Scripsetzer Salmon Mirza is the D.O also known as a doctor of Interventional radiology and he drilled a hole in my upper arm bone and did a bone biopsy because I have a 1.7 inch tumor in my arm and we wanted to find out all what is going on. His staff was extremely professional, very caring, talkative and nice and the whole experience was a good one at UHS 33 Harrison Ave. Johnson City, NY...the brand new building. My nurse was named Leigh and there was Courtney, Ivan, Derek, Rachel, and Valerie. I had pain later on but I prayed over it and later took two 500 mg tablets of acetaminophen and it subsided and today I have no pain or discomfort and I am planning on getting the bandage taken off tomorrow. I highly recommend Dr Salman Mirza, DO. DJ

Lois Diffendale My 16# rescue was difficult to manage when I first started here. Few years later he is much better. The technicians Danielle and Jen and others are wonderful with him. Lisa at the desk is also wonderful. My new vet, Dr Walley is kind and patient and was able to do exam which was not the case our first visit. It has been an overall positive experience

Beth Moran Dr. Callan saw my two old rats this week and I couldn’t be happier with the care they received. She is very knowledgeable about exotics, and gave them both a thorough exam to make sure everything was in working order (and was also extremely patient in light of them being terrified of new people.) One of my boys needed a tooth trim due to being on a soft diet, she handled him very gently and did a great job cutting them back to relieve any discomfort he was feeling. She was very accommodating and allowed him to go back for the procedure with his brothers blanket for comfort. For my other boy’s issue, she answered any questions I had and explained all potential treatment options with me to help me make an informed choice. Also was met with the very nice young lady at the front desk, who was helpful with updating my billing info. Dr. Callan is an amazing addition to Chenango Animal Hospital, and I’m so happy we were seen by her. If youre looking for a gentle and kind vet that treats your animals with the utmost respect, shes definitely the one!
