Cosmo Prof - kingston - Kingston Tracy: I travel specifically to this store because of the customer service that I receive from Carol. She is very pleasant and very helpful. Her attention to detail is amazing. She always remembers my name and knows which products I like when I come into the store. The other day I stopped in and Carol wasn’t there, but Clarissa was. I have to say that Clarissa was excellent as well. The customer service that Carol and Clarissa give is what keeps me as a repeat customer

Guys & Gals Hair Salon - Queensbury Maria Jacob: I came in as walk-in today my stylist was Maggie she was so nice and professional. She took her time with me and the results was a 10/10 I did a cut and flat iron. The atmosphere was very welcoming. I would recommend her hands down and as well as the business very clean and kid friendly.
Allure Salon - queensbury - Queensbury Jennifer Bernard: Not sure why my hair is so difficult to cut but Adriane is the first in a long time to figure it out!!! I’ve also had issues with my highlights changing color and needing toned frequently. She highlighted and cut my hair and it still looks great even months later. She’s also sweet and funny and all the girls that works there are so nice too, relaxed atmosphere with super talented stylists - what more could you ask for?! Highly recommend!!!
En Pointe Hair Studio - Queensbury Caden West: Paid $250 for my wife’s hair to be highlighted ash blond from a dark brown. First appointment she left with chunky highlights that were light bronze opposite of what she wanted. After speaking to owner came in the next day with a new stylist that said she could get the original ask, and proceeded to dye her hair back to her natural hair color with no hope to fix it after back to back days of product
