The tips were applied poorly, lifting and separating from my nails. I am genuinely embarrassed to show my hands due to how bad they look. I should have spoken up before leaving.

3 /5 Amanda Frederick: I left a 5 star review a week ago as I was generally impressed with my nails. I get the dip powder and thought it was going well until I saw the end result. They look awful and I don’t even know how to describe it. I didn’t ask for money back and still tipped 20% because I was there for almost 2 hours and felt bad, but much later I’m regretting doing that. My nails are not flat, they were cut/filed much more than I asked, and overall the manicure is awful. I won’t be returning unfortunately

Kay C: Went in here to buy hair dye and a few other things. As I walked aisle to aisle I realized a black girl with a scarf (very unpresentable) kept following me. NEVER offered any help! I switched aisles on purpose just to see and she literally moved with me every time! Put the hair dye back and left! Why would I spend my money somewhere that already assumes you’re going to steal and follows you around? It’s weird and uncomfortable! Ohh and the 2 separate stores are dumb!

Rosemary Bennett: My daughter & her friend love their nails and as beautiful & perfect as the sets they chose turned out … it doesn’t make up for the shady manner in how they charge. I went in to buy 2 gift certificates before Christmas and asked about full sets of acrylics. Starts at $30 … okay so how does that work ? No clear cut explanation. Ok so 40-50 per set then roughly ? Girls showed pics of the exact sets they wanted - pink with black accents and 1 black bow appliqué per hand and total was $165 . I’m not saying it wasn’t the going rate for a set of nails that beautiful (in my opinion ) so that fine I just wish it was more clear the way it’s described is misleading. Like saying iPads $10 & + but at checkout they cost $800. Silver lining that nail tech is clearly skilled and also for prices that high I feel like the vibe and look of it should match the high price tag. And be transparent about pricing .

Mary Walder: Okay so if you look at my google reviews you’ll see I’ve been around to a few nail places. Mike/michael took such good care of my nail shape & really paid attention to detail. I was told to go to Elena or Ken but I’m very happy I went with Mike! I’m about a little over a month with the longest set I’ve personally have & “knock on wood” not a single one has broke yet. My nails just now look like they need a fill. I went else where were customer services was good but the prices were double, yes you got wine but your nails would break within days sometimes within a week or so. So frustrating when you spend so much & tip so much. I’m with cloud nail bar here on out. I’ll definitely be going back to Mike & I can’t wait to check out the pedis!!

My daughter wanted hers done after seeing mine and I asked the lady if she was able to do my daughter’s nails after mine and she was. She was so nice! I wish I got her name cause I only want her! So…. Wrote after wards the nails chipped went back got them done again for free a week later AGAIN they chipped. So need to find a new place.
