1 /5 Jess: Truly the worst manicure I’ve ever had, which is surprising and disappointing considering the reputation this salon has. I came here for ANC removal and a regular manicure with the intention of starting fresh on my natural nails that I had been growing out for the last three months. The owner took me and quickly drilled the ANC off along with my natural nails. She began picking and peeling the remaining dip that wouldn’t come off with the drill. This was so aggressive that my nail beds are still throbbing a few days later. I was left with jagged, uneven nails as she stood up and told me someone else would be finishing my manicure. The male tech came over and quickly polished my nails and sat me at the dryer. I’m shocked and incredibly disappointed at how careless, quick, and unprofessional this experience was, which is evidenced by the photos below. I would have considered asking to fix them, but I was in pain and didn’t want to damage my nails any more than they already had been. I’m now restarting the process of growing out my nails as almost all of them have broke since leaving the salon.
