Sarah Czyzewski Tried this salon on a whim after I dumped my nail tech and needed a hard gel fill terribly. I would give ten stars if I could! I booked with Candie through the Vagaro app and was able to see her that same day. Candie is meticulous and gave me exactly what I wanted based on a photo I showed her. Her attention to detail at every step was truly like no nail tech Ive ever had before...and Ive gone through many. I love her! The salon was clean and everyone was friendly and polite. I love that I can use the Vagaro app to schedule when I want/need. I booked my next appointment immediately!

Heather Keenan Nails or never is the only place I get my nails done. They are perfect every time and you can conveniently book online. All the girls are friendly and it is easily the cleanest salon I have been in around this area.

Holly Anne This was my second time visiting J&J Nail Spa. The salon is clean and inviting. All the staff look professional and are kind. I got ANC both days and I can say with certainty that this is the best work I’ve ever had done. My last set lasted me 4 weeks. No chipping or breaking. Grace did a fabulous job on my nails. 10/10. So happy to find a new nail salon.

Jaimee Cosmer Today I had my first experience at J&J nail spa. The salon was clean, spacious and looked extremely well set up! I had the pleasure of having Grace complete my acrylic nails and they came out better than I could have hoped for! I would recommend this salon to anyone wanting to find a good one in the area. The staff were extremely friendly, gentle, and helpful. :)

star lover I usally have awesome pedicures done like truly awesome!! I popped in today to see if I could get one and they fit me in just fine but i felt really rushed, the water was so hot my skin is so red and hurts I mentioned it was hot and some cold water got added, she asked me if she could cut my nails and i said yes a tiny bit please and she cut my one toenail off so short and so low it hurts so much i didn’t speak up and say anything really as i get nervous but i should have because it hurt and hurts still. this is the only bad experience ive had their and i will continue to go, im just a little bit upset about how this one turned out

Nothsa Mahnrub My husband got me a gift certificate so I finally got to go in and use it and I LOVE this place. Anna is FANTASTIC Ive never felt so good about myself. Got a pedicure and my eyebrows waxed. I will definitely be back.

Shaela Wanser This place is terrible, never again. They are extremely disorganized & rude. Their prices are overpriced, they don’t give you what you want, and they do not have any sense of correlation within the salon. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I feel much more relaxed after every massage. After several massages, I feel that the effect is very obvious, which not only relieves my shoulder and neck pain, but also improves the quality of sleep. I hope you can have a try.

Chelsea Lounsbury I have tried out countless nail salons from Albany to glens falls. I’m pretty picky. I was holding off posting a review until I’d been here a few times. I’ve been here a handful of times now and the service is excellent. Best manicures in the area by far! They are gentle, consistent, great color selection and always on time! Can’t recommend enough! Photos speak for themselves.

Her massage was absolutely incredible—so relaxing and exactly what I needed! The environment was spotless, calming, and truly a great place to unwind. Kat Spasov Best mani+pedi Ive gotten in a while! Im visiting town and got the standard manicure and pedicure with Alysha, and she was super friendly and did a great job. Super cute, clean space in a beautiful building. Will definitely be coming back again!

Jess Truly the worst manicure I’ve ever had, which is surprising and disappointing considering the reputation this salon has. I came here for ANC removal and a regular manicure with the intention of starting fresh on my natural nails that I had been growing out for the last three months. The owner took me and quickly drilled the ANC off along with my natural nails. She began picking and peeling the remaining dip that wouldn’t come off with the drill. This was so aggressive that my nail beds are still throbbing a few days later. I was left with jagged, uneven nails as she stood up and told me someone else would be finishing my manicure. The male tech came over and quickly polished my nails and sat me at the dryer. I’m shocked and incredibly disappointed at how careless, quick, and unprofessional this experience was, which is evidenced by the photos below. I would have considered asking to fix them, but I was in pain and didn’t want to damage my nails any more than they already had been. I’m now restarting the process of growing out my nails as almost all of them have broke since leaving the salon.

Nicole Moore After trying a hand full of places in the area I keep going back to house of polish. The atmosphere is different than other salons, they are fully staffed and offer so many different services and designs. They have fixed broken nails for me with no problem. Its awesome ! The nails I have now have recieved compliments from so many people. And the pricing is fair ! I couldnt be happier :)

Elizabeth Coonradt Tammy is a wonderful nail tech! I have been going to her for about a year now. I followed her from her old salon to this one. I recommend her to anyone I come across. She is the sweetest person. She’s so good at what she does. I always get acrylic with gel polish and some designs! Love love love her designs! I work with my hands constantly (baker) her work holds up so well! My last set I had for a month because life got busy and I didn’t have time but, not a single one was broken or lifted. Truly love going to Tammy!

Jennifer Brown Absolutely love my nails from B&T salon. Tammy does a wonderful job. She takes her time and is very meticulous. She make sure that you are happy with the color and shape and it’s everything that you want. Tammy does an amazing job, honestly, I have never had a pedicure with normal polish stay on as long as it does without chipping. I would absolutely recommend this place for anyone looking for a manicure or pedicure.

Jessica Jones I live right around the corner and started getting gel manicures about 4 months ago. I really enjoy how efficient they are, and that I can get my nails done usually any time I walk in, or make a quick appointment to stop back later in the day. Prices are great too.

Fabrizia Rodriguez, Esq Great prices. Pedicures are always wonderful I suggest the hot stone one. ANC pedicures are well done as long as you want something simple. Limited colors but the product holds well. Clean and always open is the reason I keep going back.

Kaitlyn Carhart if i could give this place 10 stars…. i would. i’m not even a local, i was visiting from myrtle beach and decided on a whim to get my nails done. i regularly get dip manicures and when i tell you this was HANDS DOWN the BEST manicure ive ever gotten, i am not kidding. i wish i got the name of the woman who did my nails because you could just tell she was a perfectionist. she took her time and was very meticulous with how she did things. i left there and i couldnt find a single imperfection in my nails. they were flawless. they still are flawless. i will absolutely be coming back here whenever i come back up! so so worth it & SO affordable.

Jaimie Corvetti The owners are friendly and remember my name whenever I’m there. I usually get ANC and I find that quality is subjective. I am rough on my hands and I have only had 1 nail break in the last several years. Depending on who does your nails, the thickness can vary but if you ask them to adjust it to your liking, they will. The pedicures are relaxing and I usually get gel on my toes which they are happy to match your nail color if you like to do that.

Maggie Hull Jayne and Michael always take excellent care of me, as well as everyone whose care I’ve witnessed. Very accommodating! Very clean. They are alone so at times a wait might be required; but it never takes away from their time with you. We are all individually important.

I am a reoccurring customer and although they always go above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied, they really hit it out of the park this time. From the shape, to the color, to the design..simply AMAZING. In addition to my great nail experience, they also did a phenomenal job on my pedicure and eyebrows! Flawless to say the least. From the moment I walk in to Lucky Nails I feel beyond welcomed and know that I will not have a rushed experience. They take their time to ensure quality meets mine and their standards.
