Loni Lewis: Dr. Franklin and his staff have been amazing! They really care & go out of their way to do whats best for the patient. It’s hard to find a dentist who makes you actually look forward to dental visits, but I genuinely enjoy going to Queensbury Family Dentistry.

Erin Caligiuri: Dr. Smitkin is the kindest and most compassionate dentist I have ever worked with. She makes her patients feel incredibly comfortable and gives each patient so much time and attention. The only thing I would change would be that I found her sooner.
J-M Adirondacks: The dental health care is excellent, the offiice organization is not. I left my every-6-month cleaning appt today and on the way out, as I rescheduled for the next cleaning, presumably in 6 months, I was given a date in mid-January 2026, ten months out.
If you cannot provide dental cleaning every six months and need to make patients wait 10 months, something is wrong with your office capacity/scheduling/management.
pamela ogden: The hygienist did an excellent job on my cleaning. There were a few things I wanted her to give extra attention to and she was very accommodating! Great work!!
Patricia Stafford: The experience was fine exactly what I expected it to be. My only negative issue would be that both the hygienist and the dentist came in fully masked with goggles. I couldn’t see their faces at all. If I’m going to be dealing with you and you’re going to be doing medical procedures or exams on me I would like to see who you are before we start
Vale Perez: The exceptional customer service and care at this dental practice is truly impressive. I have not had any issues or unpleasant visits. My dentist, Dr. Ruckert, is very attentive to my concerns and makes every effort to ensure I achieve a healthy, amazing smile. The hygienists are also outstanding. Overall, its a great team!
