1 /5 Toni Lemerise: if i could leave a negative star i would. this place NEVER answers phones. NEVER confirms apts, but will cancel your apt without even speaking to you. i have been calling since 12-23/24 to try to see about changing my apt time, i have left well over 12 voice mails on the new number they provided. stated that they now have the front deck employees personal numbers as the practices number, so when we do call we are calling the staffs cellphone. no one calls back. no one does anything! im at the point where i want to switch dentist offices, but how in the world would i even get my records sent to a new office if they NEVER ANSWER PHONES!!!!!!!!!!! SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!

1 /5 Jen Brons: While the dental exam was friendly, I had a lot of challenges trying to schedule both an exam and a cleaning; they dont do both tasks in the same visit. After a long wait trying to schedule both, then ended up having to cancel. But when showing up for rescheduled appointment, they did not in fact have me on their schedule. Another man in the waiting room chirped up that he had the same issue. After multiple visits, I still havent had my cleaning... Thinking of going across the street to the HVCC dental hygienist students for cheap/free cleanings.

1 /5 Aimee Galentino: I traveled 1 1/2 hours for my 6 month recall cleaning appointment with the hygienist. When I arrived the receptionist stated I was not in the schedule. They further stated I would not have been given an appointment for a cleaning on a Monday, as the hygienist does not do them on Mondays. When I inquired if I had any appointments in their system at all, they stated no. The error was most certainly on THEIR part! I have the appointment card that reflects it. I will not be returning to this very unprofessional & unfriendly establishment.

1 /5 Danni N: I’ve been rescheduled three separate times for my new patient appointment. I show up today for my 1:30 appointment and the facility is completely closed. Not a soul inside. Even though the hours state that they would be open from 10 to 3. Not to mention I never received a call telling me to reschedule my appointment. I simply showed up and no one was there. Ridiculously unprofessional. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS DENTAL PRACTICE!

1 /5 Sara Hamilton: Cleaning experience was good, hygienist was very thorough. I noted the receptionist communication was poor due to I think lack of staff. After that however, I’m very very disappointed because my appointment was suddenly canceled last minute, I called to reschedule numerous times and did not hear back. Now the number is completely out of service and I cannot get ahold of anyone.
