Abby Markham I’ve been an iNails customer for over 2 years. They’re usually fine, and get me out in record time!
However, today, I had a horrible experience. I got an angry phone call while I was on my way for being TWO minutes late to my appointment. I got yelled at for “not keeping my hand still enough” (3 times). I made an appointment with a friend, and was placed across the salon from her. When I was talking to my friend, he audibly sighed multiple times, as if I was inconveniencing him. I was told I couldn’t have almond shape on my nails, due to the size of my hand/nails(?). My two hands were not compared and my entire left set of nails is longer than the right. And finally was charged extra for “shaping”. (Doesn’t every manicure require some kind of shaping?) By the way, this was a $70 manicure, not including my generous tip for this experience. Lost a longtime customer today. Horrible customer experience.

Bridget Ivanyi I’ve come here multiple times, every experience has been good. Today was exceptionally special. My cat very suddenly passed yesterday and I knew the salon had a special colour called cats eye. I decided I wanted the manicure today and while I was there they offered to paint a small white paw print on my ring fingers free of charge. I’m in my 20s and my cat was my child, he was only two and this kind experience has certainly left a mark in my day.

Larissa Jordan I have been going to this nail salon about seven years, and they are always amazing. I get the best service, they work to get me in whenever they can, and its a quick visit. I get gel manicures, and am always pleased with price and result. Layla did an amazing job on my nails this round, and Eason is a great manager. Always recommend, 10/10!!!!!
