Ivy Nails Spa - Troy (NY)

5 /5 Hannah: Brought my mom to get our nails done for a late Christmas gift and had a great experience! The owner Leo did both of our nails and was great! He made sure we were both comfortable and liked our nails as he was going. The salon itself was very clean and the other staff was also great! Little to no wait, we made an appointment ahead of time but they do accept walk ins! While we were there they had multiple people walk in and they got them in chairs and started working on them quickly! I ended up messing up a nail when transferring to the pedicure station and when Leo noticed he immediately fixed it with no hesitation saying he wasn’t letting us leave with less than perfect nails! Overall, great experience and we will be back! Thanks again Leo!!

5 /5 Ana Sacilowski: Mindy was literally the best!! Miss Mindy is a girls girl, she so so nice. She’s so gentle yet thorough. The whole place was super clean. I haven’t had a pedicure in a while because the last time I had a bad experience. But she’s totally changed my life. I’m going back soon!!

5 /5 Jessica: Ive been going here since I moved to Troy andtheyre definitely the most consistent and theyre very nice! The owner Leo cracks me up and doesnt make me feel uncomfortable. I usually do not like getting my nails done by a man but I do like him!!! His wife whose name I cannot remember also does a phenomenal job with shaping and designs, she is a little shyer but she is very kind. The wait time can be long as they are a ma and pa business and its usually just Leo and his wife, but if you call ahead youll usually get a seen pretty quickly

5 /5 Dasey Taylor: Best nail salon experience I’ve had in a very long while. The staff are kind and extremely patient. They want to make sure you’re satisfied at every moment by asking questions and constantly checking in.. I say, trust the process. They will NOT disappoint you. They know what they are doing and it’s CLEAN work. No bumps or bubbles. My friend and I walked-in and they squeezed us into their schedule. Who would do that? First time here & not the last.
