I was able to find J and M Auto who was able to get me in within a couple of days, assess the problem and fix the AC system all in the same day! They were kind, friendly and had great customer service with every interaction I had with them! They even so kindly offered me a ride to and from their shop so I could get my car fixed, which was greatly appreciated! I definitely recommend going to J and M Auto! Thanks again!

I called him early in the morning asking for help lifting a heavy part on my truck, and the first thing he said was, "Of course, come by anytime." Less than 15 minutes later, I was there, and he had the job done quickly. To top it off, he refused to accept any money and said he was just happy to help. What a great guy! I highly recommend working with him hes honest and trustworthy.

I was impressed at the simple fact that not only do they actually answer the phone right away, they listened to me ramble for 5 minutes about the issue with my daughters car and when i was out of breath, they simply said " we got you". i couldnt recommend this place more. they deserve more than 5 stars! i will be back, and i will recommend to any patient i have that needs work done. thank you for being you!

5 /5 Tracy Pierce: Great customer service, After calling multiple repair shops, They quickly returned my phone call, my car was dropped off on Tuesday, was confimed it was indeed the clutch, was given a quota on the repair cost, and possible time on how long it would take. Got the call days early car was done. Never once talked down to me, explained repairs, awesome at giving updates. Would recommend J & M they are now my official car people for repairs.

Yesterday morning I tried calling three other repair shops around Cobleskill, and John at PJs was the only one who answered. He told me he would try to get it on a lift yesterday afternoon by 2:00 and even offered to pick me up after the job. At 3:00 he called me to tell me it was done. It cost less than I expected, and everything about the experience was great, no stress. Im going back to PJs every time I need any kind of car maintenance or repair.

Jonathan Allison: Overall, my experience over the phone with Ryan during scheduling and also my service when I arrived was great. Ryan was able to work with my schedule and get me in for new tires immediately. I am not from the area and had traveled over 400 miles the day before, and realized I had a major alignment issue which caused me to need new tires. That was over a week ago. I am now back home in North Carolina. I went into my center console today to get my AirPods and realized they are gone. Their last known location is showing as Monro. While I don’t want to believe they were taken from my vehicle, their last known location makes me feel otherwise. I intend to follow up with upper management regarding this because as you can imagine I am very irritated.

Shaun Bowen: I was traveling back to my hometown to visit some friends and family. My car isnt in the best shape and I had to stop to add some oil. After I finished with the oil I was having issues closing the hood. After some jimmying I thought I had gotten it down. Unfortunately it didnt actually latch and I had to stop on the side on the highway. After about a half an hour of me in the wind and snow trying to get it wouldnt work. I realized I need help. I got off at the next exit and luckily got to WHB without issue. Even though it was very close to their close the two guys immediately jumped to help me. After a bit of investigation and a little tinkering they were able to fix it for me. I offered to pay and was declined. I was having a horrible travel day and they saved me. If the least I can do is give them a 5 star review then I gotta do it.

Their "techs" couldnt figure out a very noticeable vibration and I looked for a recommended mechanic. Local area Facebook groups pointed to Chuck Scott Auto for a good, fair-priced analysis and resolution. Thats exactly what I got. Diagnosis and estimate by mid-morning; part came in the next day, and finished by 4:00. Fair price and no grease on floor. They did right by me.
