While preparing for a trip south and realizing the need for a professional electrical job in a DIY campervan, Jason worked with us and our build to get the job done as quickly as our parts arrived at a very affordable cost. If you have a particular brand you prefer, Jason has no problem researching, reading and familiarizing himself with whatever equipment you like—and you can see how much he actually cares about the work he does for you. 5 /5 Rob Connary: While on our maiden voyage in our 2021 Winnebago View, we were disappointed to find that our leveling system developed a problem and would not retract the jacks. After reading the available manuals and inspecting the system, it appeared we had no hydraulic fluid in the reservoir. Our dealer was many hours away and we were equally far from home and friends/family. We were staying at Watkins Glen State Park and the Park Ranger and the local Police Officer who were at the park office immediately recommended J.B.s. I called, it was evening and not an immediate emergency, left a message and immediately received a call back indicating that Jason was out but would call us back for details. Later that evening he called and even offered to come by the campsite when he got back into the area which would have been several hours later, we told him it could wait until he had a chance to get things organized the next morning, by noon the next day, not only did he show up but he had EVERYTHING we could possibly have needed to fix the problem. After refilling the reservoir, he tested all functions and recommended that we recalibrate everything. Weve had no issues since and couldnt have asked for a better outcome! Thank you Jason for rescuing us in our time of need!!

5 /5 Carol Noll: Visiting from out-of-town, we found an active water leak under the sink of our Class C motorhome. Jason was recommended by the staff of the Bath/Hammondsport KOA. We called and he was able to fit us in the same day due to a cancellation.He arrived right on time with the fittings that we needed and had the job done in less than an hour. Very friendly and competent.
