1 /5 Tina Khuro: I’ve been coming here for a few months without any issues, but after seeing how customers are treated when the staff does a poor job, I feel compelled to share my experience. This business doesn’t respect its customers’ time—nail techs leave without informing clients who are already seated and waiting.
Just last week, I had my nails done poorly, and they broke in less than a week. When I returned for a refund or a full new set, they refused. On top of that, they even took an extra $5 from my tip without my consent, splitting it between the two people who did my pedicure and manicure.
This kind of behavior is both unprofessional and unethical. I’d rather pay a little more elsewhere for better service.
