Dawne McNeil: Cindee at the Walmart in Waterloo did an amazing job on my grandson’s very first haircut. She was patient and made the experience for him a positive one. She worked with him instead of just forcing. She’s also very efficient.

Skylar Naused: I used to go here when I was in high school because it was cheap and close to home. But almost 13 years later this place is worse than I it ever was. Rushed through the whole thing and cut the bottom of my right foot. My boyfriend’s pedicure was fine. I paid him, but I’m never going back.
Cole Fiorini: I haven’t had a haircut in some time, and my hair was quite long so this was one of my first salon experiences. I am not used to long hair any at all, so this was a very new and surprisingly informative experience! A good friend of mine gave me instruction on what to ask for, and Twila delivered to the letter; Moreover, I was deeply satisfied with how my haircut turned out, and its neat that it was so effortless for her. It’s actually very cool to watch her work. The level of professionalism, confidence, and talent Twila exhibits is befitting of her years of experience and assuredly natural ability, and along with a sense of responsibility that I can only assume derives from years of steady operation and ownership of a very successful salon.
From what I can gather through others reviews and word of mouth, this place is also a staple of this community, and I understand why now!
