5 /5 Courtney Morgan: The tech I had was very detailed and focused and attentive to the details both in listening to what I was looking for as well as the hand design and work. Vert happy w results as well as treatment.

1 /5 Diane Smith: I was a regular. I had scheduled an appointment for four of us to get our nails done before a wedding. We were charged more than normal. Said it was a wedding package. We did not book as a package. We also we’re not able to sit together. Nor we had the experience together. The owner, Lisa did one of the girls nails Was a horrible job. the next day they were chipping it took twice as long to get it done. Lisa was answering the phones and talking, not paying attention to where she left off when she was doing the nails. Personally, I had Nancy she does a great job. But there’s more to just one person. Won’t go back. All four had regular pedicures, three dips and one regular manicure.

1 /5 Ericka Applebee: Until today jk was my go to nail salon. I want to preface this by saying, I’m by no means professional, but I do enjoy doing my own dip nails. I also enjoy my nails being long.. I go every 2-4 weeks to jk to get the color I put on taken off, and a fill with clear acrylic. That’s it. Then I go home and eventually put some more dip color over top. (I just don’t have time for the entire process anymore and this was a huge time saver with out being too costly.) I made an appt the 15th for the 16th, for nobody in particular and was seated with Elvis. (Who I’m also pretty sure is the owner). He absolutely destroyed my nails. He has no business doimg acrylic, or even worse, he did it to me on purpose. Instead of building them up slowly with smaller beads of acrylic, he used MASSIVE GLOBS and then tried to file it down after. Operative word, TRIED. it looked like my nails were melting. After 45 mins of filing (I was there for an hour and forty five minutes total) this is what I’m left with: For reference I’m also attaching a picture of my nails before, so you can see the length and shape. I told him I wanted them left the same for length and shape. Apparently he heard do whatever the hell you want. Also, I was charged 35, I argued this at payment time and even though my nails look heinous he said because I already agreed that was that. Absolutely criminal. (For the exact same thing I usually pay 22). Awful awful experience. ** I removed the before picture because people were seeing it out of context and that makes the salon look good. Which isn’t the case.
