5 /5 Marta Wells: I went to two places first because the reviews threw me off. I ended up here after the other places were busy and I must say I am very pleased with my gel manicure. It looks very nice and the guy was very nice and helpful when it came to helping me pick the baby pink color I requested. It was a dry manicure so my nails were never soaked in water which I later read that it prevents the nails from getting too dry which I appreciate. He did a great job removing my cuticles. Ill be returning.

1 /5 Anbrya Jackson: Worst customer service ever I’ve been in here waiting for a polish change they took off my original polish and continue to ignore me while I’m speaking to them . There’s been two girls in here who arrived at the same time and I’m still waiting . Sheer ignorance . I’d never recommend this place there’s a whole nail tech just sitting in her who just got done doing one of the girls feet and I’m still waiting . They sure won’t be getting tipped and u can bet I won’t be returning ! Do YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELES

1 /5 Sarah Dietrich: I got my nails done here on Sunday, and by Tuesday my acrylics are just falling off. I’ve never had this issue anywhere else, gave AI nails a chance and will never go back. I’m not one to leave a negative review, bc i know things happen. But to be charged $40 and $50 for our nails, just for them to fall off in 2 days, and chip and scratch! I do not recommend going here!

1 /5 Michelle McGee: Just plain rude! My sister and I entered AI Nails in Langdon Plaza today to get a pedicure. There were two nail technicians working with customers. Neither of the technicians greeted us. (By the way, we are African American). After telling the male technician what we were there for, he said they couldn’t serve us. The female technician blurted, “You have to wait.” My sister replied, “With that attitude, we WON’T be waiting!” As we walked out, my sister added, “And you just lost two good customers.” We then drove to Modern Nails at Arnot Mall where the staff was welcoming, accommodating, and provided excellent service!

5 /5 Emma Briar: This was my first time going and they were all so sweet! The lady I had was very gentle but also very talented! Definitely will be booking another appt in the near future!!
