1 /5 L OH84: Used them for my oil changes. Everything was fine until I realized they dont dont top off fluids, let alone even check them while under the hood. If topping them off isnt something they want to do, it would definitely be a nice gesture to at least tell the customer that they were low on something. Youre under there anyways. They also left oily hand marks on the outside driver door, on my seat and on my steering wheel. Also, I brought my truck in because my radiator fan was constantly running high and I had intermittent heat. I also had a weird noise that would randomly happen at higher speeds in my right front wheel. I told them what I thought was wrong with my radiator based on what my dad guessed from my description which was possibly a new thermostat. They diagnosed the problem as: me needing a new thermostat and new coolant and me needing new brakes and rotors even though I recently had them done. Price was over $500. I declined. I ended up figuring out on my own days later that I was just out of coolant. Filled it and the issue with that was fixed. Never figured out my wheel issue. Doesnt even seem like they tried to figure out the issue. Their estimate was based on what I told them I thought it was. Even though they are so convenient, I will not let them touch any of my vehicles after that.
