She would also need an alignment to the tune of $500. Being a highly certified mechanic myself (living 2 hours away) i told her to take it to a different shop. $Free later, 50 lbs of ice was removed from the wheel, wheel well and chassis. The car now drives perfectly.... BE CAREFUL.

1 /5 Jessica Esslinger: Went in for an inspection and ended up getting ripped off to buy windshield wipers and one tire for $220 and then they told me I failed because I did not drive it enough so went and drove it more.... Then I go back to get inspected again and fail again for my muffler then I got it fixed then I went back to git it inspected again and failed again for unexplained reason and they would not tell me how to fix whatever is wrong with it.... So horrible service and experience now I have to get it inspected somewhere else just ridiculous

She made the entire process so easy, I did everything over the phone with her after looking and test driving the jeep I wanted to buy, she busted her butt to do what she had to do to get me in the jeep! Once approved she arranged it so my new jeep was brought to me and they picked up my old jeep transferred the plates and insurance they even helped my husband moved all my stuff from my old jeep to my new jeep, I didn’t have to take time off work signed the papers right at my job and drove my brand new jeep home! Sean maguire: Worst experience with a mechanic or shop Ive ever had. What was supposed to take 2 weeks (their quote) ended up being over 2 months. Then had to take my vehicle somewhere else a month later to fix half of the things Percivals "fixed". Customer service is even worse. If you enjoy extra stress for an underwhelming quality of work, this is the place for you. Otherwise take your vehicle somewhere else.

The Sales Consultant, Paul M., was very helpful, honest and, unlike past experiences that Ive had with other dealers, he was not pushy when it came to the add-ons, like extended warranty, service program or rust protection (I declined all). Since it was a pre-owned vehicle, it did not come with a manual, factory door access code or a second key fob. But, when I asked if I could get those, Paul and the Sales Manager, Mark L., made sure that I got them at no additional cost. During my first service appointment, for an oil change, the service department was very pleasant and helpful.
