2 /5 Faith Marshall: Ive been here 2xs. The first time I went was good. I called over the phone and they confirmed they treat natural hair. I went in and they showed me the products theyd be using and made sure I was okay with it. My wash, blow out and trim was done perfectly. I went back 1 month later which was a week and a half ago and it wasnt the same. While the staff was very kind, once I sat in the chair to get my hair blown out, that lady could care less. She kept trying to untangle my 4A hair with a damn rat-tail comb. I eventually had to ask one of the ladies to ask her not to do that and she switched. When she was supposed to use heat protector, she would spray the ends of the section she was doing and go through my hair at high pressure and heat. I had to ask her not to do that as well. I knew the moment I walked outside, and the wind went through my hair, that it was damaged. 20+ inches of hair grown healthy for over 10 years was absolutely destroyed. I dont 100% blame them. I shouldve just walked out from the detangling part and took my lazy self home. This was a lesson learned. ILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!
Edit: Thank you for responding, but my return would have done nothing to rectify the damage. Once destroyed, my only option is cut and regrow my hair. Even if you offered to treat my hair until it grew back, I cant imagine trusting your business again.
