1 /5 Sarah Echevarria: I am so disappointed with this dental facility. My daughter hasnt had the best of luck with dentists in this area since she is on the spectrum. She gets super nervous and anxious. I made our first appointments last year for this place which went so well for my daughter and I. She was able to feel relaxed and comfortable. This year though, they called to reschedule my appt for December. No big deal, I thought. Then a month later they called to reschedule hers the same which seemed odd to me. I asked about it and the lady had nothing to say other than she was doing her job. Then while on the phone I inquired about why our appointments were paid differently. One was paid as out of network and the other was paid as in network which doesnt make sense if going through the same insurance. She put me on hold and after 40 minutes I hung up. My concerns were being ignored and what they were doing to our appointments seemed a bit crazy. Theyll tell you, you can be on the on call list if they get a cancelation. Im sorry but my life doesnt work like that. I cant just drop everything on the whim without consequence for my work. Such a shame, because my daughter liked it there. Giving only 1 star.
