5 /5 Caleb Decker: Definitely 5 star quality my sister got her hair dyed there and it was perfect, after about 3 or 4 weeks her hair dye started to come out but that is beacause she didnt get it bleached and her hair was dye resistance, but every worker there is so nice,and the most amazing part is since the dye started to come out they did it again for free!! So generous and nice if there was a bigger rating than five stars I would give that instead. Perfect quality, perfect workers, perfect place.

Abby Markham: I’ve been an iNails customer for over 2 years. They’re usually fine, and get me out in record time! However, today, I had a horrible experience. I got an angry phone call while I was on my way for being TWO minutes late to my appointment. I got yelled at for “not keeping my hand still enough” (3 times). I made an appointment with a friend, and was placed across the salon from her. When I was talking to my friend, he audibly sighed multiple times, as if I was inconveniencing him. I was told I couldn’t have almond shape on my nails, due to the size of my hand/nails(?). My two hands were not compared and my entire left set of nails is longer than the right. And finally was charged extra for “shaping”. (Doesn’t every manicure require some kind of shaping?) By the way, this was a $70 manicure, not including my generous tip for this experience. Lost a longtime customer today. Horrible customer experience.

Betsy Salcedo: The attention of Elizabeth was awesome. I highly recommend asking for her at the front desk. She did 2 nails of the colors I was thinking to get to pick the one I liked the better. She removed all the paint carefully and was very communicative. The price and quality are worth it. Will come back to try lashes and eyebrows because they do that here as well.

Erin Cameron J: Edwin does excellent work and always delivers beautiful results, but I do have a couple of thoughts on the pricing structure. For instance, charging different prices based on nail length seems a bit unnecessary, especially when it’s just a matter of length. Also, the fee for fills after 2 weeks feels a bit strict, as not everyone’s nails grow quickly enough to need a fill-in every two weeks. It might be worth considering some flexibility there, as it could be a better fit for all clients. Also, chrome is an additional $35… insane.
