Being a patient here for approximately 15+ years and using the same insurance for the last 8 years, I was shocked when I was told upon arrival, they could not confirm my coverage (same as the past 8 years) and I would need to pay out of pocket. While waiting to be seen, contacted my insurance who stated I was covered, I told the staff, they did not care and said I would have to pay and, as a courtesy, they would submit it for me and if I had coverage I would be reimbursed. Maybe they should have informed me of this when they called to confirm appointment and this could have been resolved or I could have found a dental office willing to make a simple phone
call to confirm coverage.
