1 /5 Kindra McDaniels: Maria is very rude and nasty. The nails fall off very fast. She trys to tell you what to get. She changes the price randomly. She doesn’t have a lot of customers. I do not recommend this shop. Peter does not do nails or pedicures he will mess you all the way up!!! She will even refuse to do a customer nails. Do not support her she doesn’t respect the community or the people in it.

Chelsea Wurstner: First of all this place is absolutely beautiful inside. I needed a last minute fill since my usual place didn’t have openings. The lady who did my nails was so nice. I had high hopes. I simply wanted matte black nails with a couple spider webs for Halloween. OMG my nails look like terrible!! Chipped, the matte looks like crap, and it’s not even. Took 1.5 HOURS! My nails should be flawless smh. The girl who did the design(different girl) actually did really well but WOW. If they could match their skills with how that place looks it would be much better. 100% wouldn’t go back and it’s a shame because it’s so close to me.

Stacey Klimek: Absolutely gorgeous work!!! She is the best nail tech in Rochester and thats no lie. We have been around hunting for someone who was talented. Today we hit the jackpot. I texted her this morning, she got back right away and we were there by noon. I highly recommend getting your nails done by Pooh. She is so warm and welcoming. We found our forever nail expert. Thank you Pooh ...again they are breathtaking ❤️❤️❤️❤️

The staff were helpful and attentive without being pushy. It made the whole experience much more pleasant. Ill definitely be returning for future service. Its refreshing to find a place that focuses on customer satisfaction. I highly recommend giving them a try.

Ashaee Trishaa “ChattingWithT.”: I went to get my nails on a Saturday. Saturday night, I opened my drawer and the nail on my pinky finger broke and my nail polish was chipped. I went to get it fixed on Sunday . By Wednesday my nails started chipping again and then two more broke by Wednesday. I am highly disappointed in my nail service. I love my eyebrows though. My pedicure wasn’t too bad, just rushed….

Khadija Gazali: Worse service I’ve received! Would not recommend coming to this salon! They don’t ask you want you want and once u show them they do the opposite. They literally painted my toes a whole different color to what I’ve asked for and my nails a whole different style that I’ve asked for. Very disappointed!! Noticed when I got home that they even forgot to do my Pinky toe! When I came back they charged me an extra $20 to fix my toes and made me wait 4 hours to fix my thick and wide nails that they did! Don’t even get no pedicures or anything here either, when you get the pedi you have to ask them to put lotion on you cuz they will not!

Beck: Manicure and pedicure done 10 days ago. Gel nails were forced on me after I got normal polish on my toes(that are now chipped off). Gel polish was far from the uncut cuticle on the first day, today it looks like I got them done two weeks ago. Dont go here, they force gel polish and do a shabby job trying to get you to come back sooner. My cousin says the same for her extensions she got. No cuticle trim and the polish was far on the nail. First technician also was burning my feet at the pedicure bath. Someone else finally turned the cold water on.

Total changed amount: $80.00 Summary: I sat in cold water for 30 minutes while I waited for a nail technician to be available. Once, one was available I picked a basic pedicure $35.00. No skin was removed from my feet, no hot towel, no massage. Originally I asked for a gel pedicure but when the nail technician was removing the nail polish she tore layers of my toe. Resulting in them being to Tinder to put gel on top of them. I went to regular nail polish and they use a piece of paper to dry my feet. They have foot dryers but refused to offer them so you only gel services. After my pedicure is done I noticed there is still dead skin on my feet, clumpy nail polish on my feet. I told the owner he said my feet are free. Also as for my nails I had a full set on them . they refused to let me take off my nails naturally(soak). They ran a nail drill over my fingernails resulting in them being extremely tender and me not being able to put a fake nail on them. Then I was forced into acrylic overlay on my nails. While I was receiving the services for my nails I was asked to pay for all of the services prior to completion. I spoke to the owner Tim about my pedicure not being completed such as: dead skin still on my feet, clumpy nail polish, salt still on my legs due to the fact that the technician refused to use hot rags during my service which that is included. Upon check out the owner Tim stated I didn’t have to pay for my pedicure. But I would have to pay for my nails. Upon checking out he charged me for my feet and nails=90.00 then took off $10 on the service and thought that that was acceptable. This is how they handle business I spoke with the owner. He refused to refund me. Run while you have the strength. Oh and the nails were awful too. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau.

Brittany Francisco: I booked my first appointment with Aleeza. I got a French manicure and a pedicure. She did a wonderful job and this is by far the best mani/pedi Ive ever had. Aleeza took her time understanding exactly how I wanted my nails. The salon was beautiful, clean, and fresh. The prices were also very reasonable. I highly recommend and cant wait to return in the future!
