5 /5 Susan Carlson: What a relaxing hair salon! I have never (comfortably) had my hair washed before my appointment at the Mad Hatter.
She had me sit on a pillow which elevated me enough to make my neck comfortable. Who knew? Not me!
She proceeded to perfectly adjust the water temperature...even Goldilocks would have liked it.
She not only washed my hair, she gave a lovely head massage. Not one drop of water/soap found its way into my face, down my neck, or soaked my clothes... thats a first for me!
The owner, Kathy Smith, obviously has high standards for all her clients and we are all appreciative of the exceptional care she gives to each of us.
