Pediatric Associates of Watertown - Watertown Miranda Heath: I had a pretty decent experience MOSTLY while being seen here. Until it wasnt decent.
Were a military family so we had to move away right when my son would have needed his 12m checkup.
I called and asked about getting his records to take with us just to be told that i couldnt get his records & that Id need to sign a records release form. Which is understandable so I did just that. The receptionist over the phone was extremely rude (theres always one there that is very transactional & rude. Idk how she has a job in customer service, much less health care reception but I digress).
But when my husband went up there to try to get the full medical records himself? There wasnt a single problem with him getting them.

The rest of the practice isnt the greatest, in my opinion.

Pediatric Wellness of Northern New York - Watertown Alexus V: Pediatric Wellness of Northern New York is absolutely amazing! I’m dumbfounded by their hospitality and care. I’ve always loved Dr.Hogan, but today, taking BOTH my kids into the dr was something I was dreading. (one being a wild, ADHD, bounce of the walls kiddo, and the other, is my usually overstimulated, eloping, autistic kiddo). Taking kids to the dr can be stressful. Especially at the same time. They got us in quick, and put us in this amazing sensory-friendly room with a padded mat, nice quiet atmosphere, little couch (that’s wipeable), foam cubes and shapes to stack and climb on and a projector light with the overhead lights off so it’s not so bright, and so much more calm for them.
By far the best experience I have ever had at a doctors office with kids. So much stress lifted off my shoulders. From the kind front desk secretaries, to the nurses, to the doctors, they’re all so kind and compassionate. If you’re looking for a place to take your kids i highly recommend.
