5 /5 Alexus V: Pediatric Wellness of Northern New York is absolutely amazing! I’m dumbfounded by their hospitality and care. I’ve always loved Dr.Hogan, but today, taking BOTH my kids into the dr was something I was dreading. (one being a wild, ADHD, bounce of the walls kiddo, and the other, is my usually overstimulated, eloping, autistic kiddo). Taking kids to the dr can be stressful. Especially at the same time. They got us in quick, and put us in this amazing sensory-friendly room with a padded mat, nice quiet atmosphere, little couch (that’s wipeable), foam cubes and shapes to stack and climb on and a projector light with the overhead lights off so it’s not so bright, and so much more calm for them. By far the best experience I have ever had at a doctors office with kids. So much stress lifted off my shoulders. From the kind front desk secretaries, to the nurses, to the doctors, they’re all so kind and compassionate. If you’re looking for a place to take your kids i highly recommend.

1 /5 Sachiko Baker: I really don’t like this office employee. Including my kids care provider. Not friendly at all and feel like rude. Every time things complicated and end up pass me down where I can’t get answers. Way too long waiting time, always over an hour to see doctor from appointments time. feel not comfortable to receive any care anymore so I will ask insurance company to change my kids care provider.

5 /5 Kayla Morgan: Dr.Hogan is incredible ! It means so much when you have someone who truly cares for your kids and wants to help you get answers and is there to listen. So thankful for not only her but the wonderful nurses as well . They’re all amazing! Front desk staff is always so helpful and cheerful when checking in or calling . This office is amazing ! I highly recommend !
