1 /5 jason scherden: Dr. Hyman did a good job performing my surgery. The good review ends there. In the 3 appointments leading up to the surgery and post care I routinely waited well over 1 hour to be seen. I called with questions multiple times and nobody ever answered the phone. Upon leaving a call back number I was never called back. The customer service experience was the worst medical care I have ever received.

1 /5 Jasmine Johnson: i have waited almost a week for any provider to give me a call to explain my test results and although it has been put as priority by more than 7 call center staff members, i still have yet to receive a phone call. i have called every day since i received my results and keep getting told that someone will call the same day or guarantee the next day. It was even escalated to a supervisor and they told staff that they had an emergency the same day i called, but i would get a call but still again haven’t received a phone call. I will not be coming back to this urgent care and will go to another urgent with better patient care.

She will do her upmost to accommodate an urgent visit and shows genuine interest in the patients’ concern. She has amazingly phone skills and etiquette. She’s a valuable access to Middletown Medical and hard to match. I always like forward to seeing her during a doctor’s visit!
