Deanna Parker: Chrysler Treasure Auto did what multiple Firestone locations couldn’t do. They took the time to really figure out why my car was vibrating so much. I have had my car balanced multiple times at a few Firestone locations with continual shaking…like really bad. Jim continued to update me on the progress. They took the wheels off and said there were weights placed all over and in really weird places. They rebalanced as well as changed my rear brakes which I knew needed changed as they were wearing unevenly and had a lot of rust, but Firestone kept telling me they were fine. The proof is in the pictures. Thank you so much to Jim and others that worked on my vehicle. Best service I’ve received in a long time and one of the best prices around. You have gained a customer for the life!

Joseph: I was told about village auto by my father in law who takes his sons company cars/ vans there to be serviced so decided to give them a chance. Well I just found out by another mechanic that my leaking transmission that was supposed to be fixed by village auto was a cob job. They stripped a bolt on my transmission cover and attempted to cover it up by putting a different bolt on the transmission cover. The silicone they actually put around it was a horrible cobb job. I have pics to prove this so called fix that I will be posting.

Don, the owner, is very courteous, concerned, nice and makes you feel comfortable with the service you are receiving. DO NOT BE FOOLED!! If you are a woman or a person that has no knowledge of vehicles, do your research first. The first time I had Don work on my car, Hyundai Sonata, a belt had broken. The Serpentine belt. I was charged $1,554.37. He was so nice. I believed everything he said. The second visit was for an oil change and the engine light was on. I requested that the engine light be checked and the oil change. To call me with results of test for the engine light, $ 250.94 later, I was told the parts for my car were not available anywhere. All I wanted was an oil change and the information regarding engine light. He took great pleasure, Im sure in taking advantage of a Senior Citizen, a woman and one that was obviously sick from the second shot of COVID vaccine. I talked to my son who lives in Florida and builds race cars, in the Air Force and knows what he is talking about was so enraged at the amounts I was charged both times, he was ready to get my money back. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!
