4 /5 Mrs. E. M. Branch: I have the opportunity to take my mom to doctors appointment and even nursing facilities not the overall expense has been very frame and disappointing. Even at her short stay at Montefiore. The only initial good experience I had was in the emergency room and with medical records. Particularly Ms Lola Campbell of medical records who was exceptional, kind, respectful, and a decent human being. Everyone should have a similar attitude like hers and making people feel welcome.

5 /5 Shantice Whyte: Its not often I feel accommodated or understood at a hospital. Because Im there for treatment because of whatever illness. But the STAFF here. The nurses, the nurse assistants, the cafeteria staff, the cleaners, the doctors. They were all working together, hand in hand, communication was great, and organizational and roles were understood and followed and went beyond that.. Im grateful to them, and I love their visitors policy because I really needed my partner and familial support. Only critique is. The space in the ER between beds is ridiculous the staff have nothing to do with that of course but even they cant get to do their jobs properly because of that Ossie and its reaching to a point where its a privacy violation issue.

1 /5 Felix Pena: I checked in to the ER at 9:30am and did not leave until 10:20pm. From the delays in results to the lack of accommodations for people like myself who are unable to walk. I was told to wait on a bed and forgotten about. I sat there as I watched people come in and go out and I was being told to wait. The hours felt like days and everyone on the ER floor seemed like they were doing anything but their job. The transportation staff had me sitting in a wheelchair for at least an hour before I got taken back to the er after my first x-ray and by my second x-ray I had to ask If I could just leave. I never experienced something like this in my life.

1 /5 Juice Ali: Be careful when you come to this facility they gas you up by saying how wonderful this place is but when I got here is little shop of horror’s you can listen to my review but don’t say I didn’t warned you I Came to this Rehabilitation Facility only to feel like a Detention Center if you never been to prison you will feel like it here I had to force a discharge from this place with all the B.S. that goes on here they want to tell you what to do and when to do it there is no consistency in their operations too much condridictions regarding the rules and regulations you get no privacy when you used the restrooms or when you can shower I have nothing good to say about this place just a word of advised pay attention to your job because someone is watching when your not and stop using linen closet as a way to not do your job properly.

1 /5 Sam I am: The worst social worker team. I had surgery last week at this location, and I would like to give a good review because the doctors, PA, the nurses and assistance were mostly exceptionally good. The social worker team is the one that ruined it all for me, this is not my first surgery on the same area, I have never had such a neglecting, careless and abandoning social worker team, really the worst.
