1 /5 Vanessa Keesler: My 82-year-old father arrived by ambulance due to chest pains and pain going down his left arm. Doctor Sharona Schneid gave him Tylenol and was going to discharge him without doing any type of tests. I had to demand medical care in an emergency room. I am now reading the visit notes, and she put we came in for “generalized body aches”. I don’t think anyone would spend money on an ambulance for “body aches”. She also entered false information about his physical check/appearance. Not sure how you can determine all of that information after three minutes. I tried to call for a patient advocate, but of course the number is not in service. If a senior citizen with chest pains is not a priority in an emergency room, then I am afraid for others. I will not be returning to this Hospital ever again, and do not recommend anyone else visit.
Update 2.22.25- The director of customer service and patient experience sent me a letter with her findings of my complaint, Which are even more fabricated than the doctor’s visit notes. These employees are very dangerous to the health and safety of the citizens of Mount Vernon.
