5 /5 Bobby Scott: After being here for the last 6 months I have found that the staff here really cares about all the residents. The activities director always has fun things set up for everyone and the administrator is always there for the residents and her employees. Here at Christmas time, they had all the hallways decorated and it really put out a home feeling. I am proud to be able to help people and its a joy to watch others do the same.

5 /5 Don Plantz: I took a tour because my wife was going to need Rehab. I met the Facility Director, Admissions Director, Therapies Directors, and other management who showed me why my wife needed to come here. I live in Syracuse and even though there were facilities closest, they cannot even come close to what Bridgewater offers. My wife deserves the 1.5 hour drive away to get the best care as she is the best. She will be home faster, thanks to Bridgewater.

1 /5 Christine Marie: My husband was released there for physical therapy. I knew those places are not beautiful and perfect and everyones nice and happy. I didnt expect the way they were going to treat him, when hes in pain he has to lay in bed for several hours before a nurse comes to give him medicine even though he asks for it several hours ago. Then a nurse came in and said that he refused his dinner train when he never did he eats a kosher diet, the nurse to say not to feed him as a punishment. And sent him after she left his tray leaving the room saying shes not the one after an hour and a half heating up a tray in the microwave! Shes threatened my husband for absolutely no reason cuz she was bothered to do her job?!. Then this Sunday a woman on the floor that shares with my husband decides to go into his room this morning when hes having breakfast and throw sheets at him that cause coffee to spill on him yelling at him and cursing at him telling him to clean up the mess. Theres nurses got mad at my husband because of what happened saying it was his fault, no it was not if you know the woman has dementia and you talked about her attacking people even her own roommates. You let the woman Walk The Halls and stand by peoples doorways so she can walk in and just attack someone for no reason? They get regular utensils I mean metal ones not plastic ones the woman could turn around and grabbed a fork and stabbed my husband or hurt someone else! But I guess theyre doing their best like they said. Do not put your family member in this place unless you dont care about them. I reported them to the state they do nothing about it they just let them continue doing what theyre doing. There is very few nurse is there that care about the patients, the bosses dont even really talk about them the ones that dont do their job they hate them for it, so eventually end up getting those people that work hard and care fired from what Ive experienced in the couple weeks that my husbands been there. This place sucks, if it was a zero star and if I was working for the government I would shut them down and make sure everything member got paid. The people on the therapy floor get paid $40 an hour to babysit they cant even do that.

5 /5 Jefferson Rose: The folks in 3B are fantastic and knockout. Shawna set the standard and everyone followed. I was also in like 4B and those guys were fantastic and the big knockout. Ive interfaced with a staff at the receptionist area and those guys are fabulous and they laugh at my jokes. All in all I was there for months of rehab and now visit people there and everything goes well. There was one guy might have been on 4B one night and he was non-responsive and seemed to be hateful of people. In general. He could have helped me out, but instead he laughed at me. Average height. Height maybe short graying hair straight, regular body style, if somebody like thats been getting criticism, I think thats the guy.

1 /5 Alyssa Goodwin: TAKE TIME TO READ THIS. YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS ARE/WILL BE IN SERIOUS DANGER! The patients are abused and neglected! My mother was on floor 2b. There was a man that would frequently fall out of bed, the nurses all exclaimed "Im not going to pick him up again!" And "he can stay there and learn something." They then left him there for 3hours on the floor! Another case of an older woman that fell in the bathroom and broke her him from the fall. Her screams of "help me, someone please." Could be heard all down the hall. I could hear her. The nurses said "yeah she just sits around screaming. Shes fine." She had laid on that floor for more than and hour and was taken out in an ambulance during my visit. My mother spoon fed a man that couldnt feed himself after she couldnt bare to watch any longer his trays would sit in feont of him as he stared at the food crying for 2 days of nurses refusing to feed him, his arms didnt work any longer due to stroke. The nurses often will come into a patients room to unplug the call bell then leave without helping. My mother stayed for 2 months and was denied a shower every single day of the 2 months. The food is putrid. I wouldnt feed it to my cat, half the time I couldnt even tell what was on the plate. It was filthy, there were 12 breakfast trays in the rec room, that sat all the way to dinner, same with the lunch trays from that day, not being cleaned. My mother and roommate had 4 trays from a previous day still on the tables in their room, not once was a floor mopped and only swept a hand ful of time. Trashes were over flowing for days. And the bed sheets were changes twice In her stay. This place is a horror show. Straight out of a torture film. ALSO. everytime I visited it reeked strongly of Marijuana! My mother and I have caught the nurses smoking weed during their shift. All the nurses were with no expecting, totally high out of their minds! With every visit all I could hear are screams and cries of patients begging for help.
