Jacob Gabriel: Went to a nursing program here. Happy to be honest since Im still paying for the lack of education I received. Very negative experience. Very obnxious negative classmates that were never reigned in. We were constantly told, over and over, that if you do well in the class, youre not going to do well in clinical. It was every day. And I dont see how it matters since they graduated someone because the person would have "ended it" if they had failed.even though she was retiring, its part of the reason why the best teacher they had left that year if I had to hazard a guess. Disgraceful. As much as I paid, the residents of local nursing homes are paying a lot more for the piss poor quality of the average nursing student pushed out by this place. Diagraceful.

michele gil: **Discriminative** Was trying to verify why their facility does NOT provide any kind of translation services. I was told by Heather numerous times that they communicate with their clients with the application on the clients phones. It is a NY State REQUIREMENT to have translations services put into place for non English speaking clients. A Dr. Patel got onto the phone and asked what the complaint was and whilst in the middle of explaining she kept speaking over me, not trying to listen to help resolve, but what it seemed like listened to just say she cannot be of assistance and then begin to say that they in fact DO have something put in place. None of them were able to state the name of the translation service therefore prompting me to believe she lied. They also stated they needed the card with their doctors info on it and as NEEDED to even schedule an appointment and stated they are “ old school” and have no way of verify that info for billing. A community member has the ability to change their doctor and that doctor can bill the patient that same day of change. Being new to the area, this was the most disturbing, discriminative interaction our family has ever experienced.

Veronica lundstrom: Dr. Bennett is very knowledgeable and not just in what he specializes in. He has a sympathetic bedside manner, as he actively listens to all your concerns and connects the dots. He doesnt push anything and he is patient. When we discuss new treatment plans, I am always unsure & usually need time to think it through or read, and he understands. I know Im in good hands with Dr. Bennett.

Watching You: I moved here from the west cost 4 months ago and was nervous about going to a different place as I really liked the place and counselor I had on the West Coast. And I heard a lot of bad about the ones out here. But this place is awesome so far my counselor is amazing and everybody has treated me with the upmost respect and I have not had any issues. I know it’s only been four months. I hope it continues, as I really enjoy this place now. Will keep you updated.
Broome Pediatrics, Dr. David Carter, MD - Johnson City
Rachel: Dr Carter is wildly unprofessional and rude. I left his care after 3 months of being with his office. He was very dismissive and condescending. Even went as far as rolling his eyes at me. The front desk staff is also terrible. One of the girls is great but the attitude from the rest are awful. They wont let you send a message to the doctor, instead they answer the questions as a non-medical professional. Dont waste your time here.
